Returns
Within 30 days of
receiving your order, you may return any merchandise in new condition, within
its original packaging. That means the manufacture's carton that contains the
cigarettes, not the outer mailing carton or the surrounding envelope. The
cigarette packages must not have been opened.
Returning
Merchandise
All returns require
obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization number by either calling or
e-mailing to us.
To return an item, within
30 days of receiving an email confirming your order, provide us with the order
number and contact us at:

Please also tell us what
items are being returned and why.
Upon receiving the item
(s) in its original condition, we will issue a full credit to your account. The
customer need only pay for the return shipping, unless the problem was caused at
our end, in which case we will pay the shipping.
Shipping charges are
non-refundable, except in the event
that Smokeplaza should ship you the wrong items. Customers receiving free
shipping or discounts will be charged $4.50 (or the exact shipping charge if the
actual charge exceeds $4.50) for shipping if their order is returned for a
refund of the original purchase price. Restocking fee may apply
Refunds will only be
made in the same form as the original payment within 7-14 days of our receipt of
the return.
We recommend a shipping
method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We
cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full
liability is limited to refund of purchase price of merchandise.

Refunds
We will notify you via
e-mail of your refund at the time we receive and processed the returned item.
Please be aware that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result
of an error on our part or the cartons were damaged in transit.
